Dealing with an Argumentative Essay
The aim of argumentative essay writing is to show that your assertion, theory, opinion, or hypothesis about some phenomenon is more correct than others’. Argumentative essay writing is the act of producing reasons, making deductions, drawing conclusions, and relating them to the problems of the chosen argumentative essay topics; the arranging of deducing propositions, not admitted or known as true, from principles or facts proved, admitted, or known to be true. It obviously explains the line or process of your analysis from the known or supposed to the unknown.
Remember that you need not prove completely your standing; you have to persuade reasonable readers that your position or argument has merit; that is, it is more complete and accurate than competing arguments.
Argumentative essays are arranged in the next way:
1. At first, you should explore all argumentative essay topics possible in order to find the best one suiting your personal interests.
2. Then start with a statement of your affirmation, its significance, timeliness, and appropriateness in relation to particular phenomenon.
3. Review the literature about this phenomenon in a critical way.
4. Describe how your statement is “better” (more explanatory or simpler) than others, comprising improved (that is more valid or reliable) methods, which you utilized to accumulate the case (data) to be explained.
In addition, you will wish to understand how your audience will oppose to your arguments of your selected argumentative essay topics. Your argument is as powerful as the objections to this. When you cannot discount or refute your objection, it is necessary for you rethink and change your position.
